Privacy Policy

Last updated October 2, 2026

Effective date: October 2026.

exoskeleton-tech.com is operated by Primerank LLC (“we”, “us”). We collect as little personal information as we can. This page explains in plain language what we collect, why, who sees it, and what rights you have. If we add a tool that changes any of this, such as an analytics service, we will update this page and describe the tool before we switch it on.

What we collect

  • Contact form: the reason you pick, your name, your email address and your message. We use them only to answer you.
  • Reader review form: the nickname, rating and review text you submit, plus an email address if the form asks for one. We publish the nickname, rating and review after moderation. We never publish your email address.
  • Server logs: like every website, our server records technical data when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, the date and time, and the page that referred you. We use it to keep the site secure, block spam and fix problems.
  • Nothing else. There are no user accounts, no purchases and no payment details on this site, because we do not sell anything.

Please do not put health details in a message or a review. We do not need them, and nothing on this site is medical advice.

Cookies

We set only the cookies needed to run the site, such as page caching, security and display preferences. We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies today. To block spam, our forms also run short-lived checks (about one minute) based on a scrambled version of your IP address.

When you click a link to a brand or a retailer, you leave our site. That company can set its own cookies on its own site, under its own privacy policy. If we join affiliate programs, the merchant or its network may use cookies to credit us for a purchase; see our affiliate disclosure.

How we use and share information

We use the information above to answer you, moderate and publish reviews, run and secure the site, and meet legal obligations. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site, such as our web hosting and email providers, and only so they can do that work for us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect the site and its users.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not track you across other sites, so browser signals such as Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control do not change what we do. We also do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information.

How long we keep it

  • Contact messages: for as long as we need to handle your request, and a reasonable time afterward for our records.
  • Published reviews: until you ask us to remove yours or we retire the page.
  • Server logs: for a limited time, then they are deleted.

Your California privacy rights

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA) gives you these rights:

  • to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and to get a copy of it;
  • to ask us to delete your personal information;
  • to ask us to correct inaccurate information;
  • to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, which we do not do;
  • to limit the use of sensitive personal information, which we do not knowingly collect;
  • to not be treated differently for using any of these rights.

The categories of personal information we collect are identifiers (your name or nickname, email address and IP address), internet activity (the technical data in our server logs) and the content you send us (messages and reviews). We collect them from you directly or from your browser, for the purposes described above, and we do not sell or share them.

How to make a request

Use the contact page, write “Privacy request” at the start of your message, and tell us what you want (access, deletion or correction). To protect you, we may ask you to confirm your identity, usually by replying from the email address you used with us. An authorized agent can make a request for you with proof of your permission. We aim to answer within 45 days and will tell you if we need more time. There is no charge for a request.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us through the contact page and we will delete it.

Security and changes

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, but no website can promise perfect security. We may update this policy; the effective date at the top tells you when it last changed. Our Terms of Use also apply to your use of the site.
