Frequently asked questions
Can I buy the Hypershell X Pro in the US?
Not from Hypershell’s US store: it did not list the X Pro or the X Go on Oct 1, 2026.
We do not point to other sellers for it, and recommend the models that are in the store instead.
What is the closest model I can buy instead?
The X Carbon: the same 800 W motor, two batteries and weight, with a carbon frame and GORE-TEX fabric (priced the same as the X Pro S on Oct 1, 2026).
Step up to the X Ultra if you want 1,000 W and 37.3 miles of combined range.
What range can I expect?
Count conservatively: at 70% assist with a loaded pack, one battery lasts about 5 miles (8 km), and gentler settings stretch it.
With the two batteries in the box, a normal day passes without stress; a big day at maximum assist means pacing yourself.
Alternatives
Hypershell X Carbon
800 W, two batteries, a carbon frame, GORE-TEX fabric and titanium hip levers, all at the price of the one-battery X Pro S.
Hypershell X Pro S
The entry point to Hypershell's S series: 800 W and 10 modes on the newest platform, with one 10.9-mile battery in the box.
Hypershell X Ultra
Our top pick: 1,000 W, two 18.6-mile batteries and a carbon frame, for $600 less than the X Ultra S, which has the same power and range.
