Frequently asked questions
Ascentiz H Pro or Hypershell X Ultra: which one?
The X Ultra, for most buyers: it costs $100 more (prices checked Oct 1, 2026) and brings two 18.6-mile batteries (37.3 miles combined) against one 15.5-mile battery.
The H Pro makes sense for its comfort and its modular belt, if the knee module Ascentiz says is in development matters to you.
Is the H Pro the same as the H1 Pro?
Yes. It was called H1 Pro at CES 2026 and during its Kickstarter campaign, and its manual still says H1.
It is the same device: 1,000 W peak, a 15.5-mile battery and 5.6 lb with the battery.
Is the H Pro a medical device?
No. Ascentiz’s safety guide excludes people with limited mobility or balance problems.
If that concerns you, talk with a doctor or physical therapist before buying.
